Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, this class is designed to get you comfortable and confident on the water. What to Expect: Basic Techniques: Learn the essential paddling techniques, including proper stance, paddle grip, and stroke. Safety First: Understand important safety protocols, including how to fall safely and essential water safety guidelines. Equipment Overview: Get familiar with the SUP equipment, including different types of boards and paddles, and how to choose the right gear for your needs. On-Water Practice: Spend most of the class on the water, practicing balance, maneuvering, and paddling efficiently. Fun and Fitness: Experience the joy of being on the water while getting a full-body workout that enhances balance, strength, and endurance. Who Should Join: This class is perfect for individuals of all ages and fitness levels who are eager to try stand-up paddleboarding for the first time. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and a readiness to have fun!
